- 2012 – Representing a few professionals charged in relation to the prominent online under-aged prostitution case and securing as favourable a deal / sentence as the circumstances allowed.
- 2012 – Representing an alleged contraband alcohol syndicate and securing very favourable outcomes after a trial.
- 2012 – Representing an Indonesian in a million dollar monetary dispute and securing the debtor’s agreement to repay the monies.
- 2012 – Representing a company director / shareholder in a minority oppression case and securing full payment of $1.6 million.
- 2012 – Representing the parents of a child murdered by their Indonesian maid in an action against the maid agency.
- 2012 – Representing a businessman charged for drink-driving and securing a discharge amounting to an acquittal after a trial.
- [2011] SGHC 219 – Successfully defending a public-listed company against a Receiver’s application to compel the public-listed company to issue $4 million worth of shares under a Scheme of Arrangement.
- [2011] SGHC 157 – Taking over and successfully appealing on behalf of the husband against a divorce ancillaries order where the lower court had drawn an adverse inference against him and awarded the whole of the matrimonial home to the wife.
- 2011 – Successfully securing a warning (in lieu of prosecution) for an Australian expatriate accused of molest.
- 2011 – Successfully securing a warning (in lieu of prosecution) for a German expatriate accused of molest.
- 2011 – Successfully securing a warning (in lieu of prosecution) for an Indian expatriate accused of molest.
- 2010 – Representing a public listed company in successfully persuading the High Court that its Scheme Administrator (a prominent auditing company) was in a position of conflict of interests, and successfully replaced them in a contentious Court hearing.
- 2010 – Representing an expatriate in the food and beverage industry charged in Court for assaulting a taxi driver, and successfully persuading the Prosecution to issue him a conditional stern warning and a discharge not amounting to an acquittal.
- 2010 – Representing a shoplifter and successfully persuading the Prosecution to issue him a stern warning in lieu of prosecution.
- 2010 – Setting up various structures for the purpose of carrying on investment business with private funds from high net-worth individuals.

- [2004] 1 SLR 628 – Representing the widow of a high ranking police officer who was fatally injured by a Malaysian motorcyclist in a civil claim against the latter involving cross border actions and the successful recovery of about RM 1 million from the motorcyclist's insurer for the estate.
- [2003] SGHC 46 – Representing an individual accused of murder and the successful negotiations with the Attorney-General's Chambers resulting in the reduction of the charge to one of manslaughter and escaping capital punishment.
- [2003] 3 SLR 139 – Representing an entrepreneur cum inventor (convicted of giving false evidence in judicial proceedings) in an appeal to the High Court against the decision of a District Court, and successfully persuading the Chief Justice to reduce the term of imprisonment.
- [2002] 4 SLR 364 – Representing a company whose heavy machinery was seized under a writ of distress, in a case involving an important point of law on ownership rights being considered by the High Court.
- [2001] SGHC 75 – Representing and successfully defending a law firm against a civil claim arising from a property transaction that went wrong for the various parties involved.
- [2001] SGHC 366 –- Representing a drug trafficker in a capital case.
- [2001] SGDC 42 – Representing a youth in drugs related offences and successfully persuading the Court to grant a probation order instead of imposing a typical term of imprisonment. This case has since been relied on by many other offenders as a precedent for a probation order instead of imprisonment.
- [2000] SGHC 8 – Representing the former managing director of a shipping company against a multi-million dollar claim in secret profits, successfully reducing a $3 million claim to $300,000.00.
